Known as "Tie Guan Yin" in Chinese is a premium variety of Chinese Oolong Tea and originated in the 19th century in Anxi in Fujian province.
 
One of the legends behind this tea is that a farmer went out his way to clean a buddah temple continuoustly as it was in a untidy state. He believed it was disrespectful to buddah. After months, within his dreams, the buddah has showed him the path to growing tea. 
 
Taste: complex, orchid taste, warm aroma and sometimes with light sweeness.
